3) Print the request form and post it to Edward Bowie, Ocean Heights, St. Brides View, Solva, Pembs, SA62 6TB.

Upon receiving a request I shall reply upon a first come first served basis. Postage is free Recorded Delivery within the UK. Packaging is exceptional.
